Delivery time - Deliveries are normally made in 3-5 working days. Our website only sells items we have in stock. We will contact you prior to dispatch to let you know your order is on its way.

Delivery Method - We use a range of carriers (usually DHL, Royal Mail or Parcelforce). Where a signature is required on delivery, if you are not in on the delivery date, you will be able to arrange a convenient alternative time for the delivery with the carrier.

Payment - Your order will be processed on a secure shopping page. Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, American Express*, Instant Bank Transfers* & PayPal Balances*. Your credit/debit card details are not disclosed to us at B.C. Pottery.

Order confirmation - You will receive confirmation of your order by email.

Breakages - Should an order be delivered damaged, it will be replaced free of charge. Claims for breakages must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returns - Should you wish to return/replace item(s) in your order, please return the product(s) to us, detailing action required and a full refund or replacement will be arranged with you. Please quote your order no. on all correspondence. Please note that we are unable to re-imburse for the return postage to ourselves.

Product descriptions - Every care has been taken to provide product descriptions that are accurate, but variations will occur due to the products being hand finished & hand glazed.

Privacy - We will not make any of your details available to any third parties.
